Die swell and drawdown must be considered in the complete line.; Representative input variation and difficult operating conditions; Application risks and exclusions: An accurate machined opening cannot establish final product tolerances without a qualified extrusion trial and the intended downstream setup.; Site and supporting services: Confirm extruder connection, melt filtration, heating zones, lifting, safe hot-tool handling and access to adjustment points.; Acceptance method and retained evidence: Extrude production material across agreed rates, inspect gauge or section distribution, surface and stability after cooling and document the usable adjustments.; Maintenance and support scope: Inspect lips, lands, heaters and sealing faces; preserve cleaning methods and approved assembly dimensions.; OEM/ODM changes requested: Flow channels, lips, layers and interfaces may be engineered; new resins or profiles require line trials and controlled drawings.; Destination, local installation conditions and documentation language; Drawings, samples, tooling ownership and revision control; Operating sequence, changeovers, training and commissioning responsibilities.
