Leveling capability and handling must cover both the demanding material and the smallest useful production lot.; Shear mode and stack handling: Compare stop-start cutting with flying or rotary shears using actual length changes. Sheet support, stacking alignment and protective surface handling can govern accepted output before shear speed does.; Representative input variation and difficult production cases; Required acceptance evidence: Process representative coils and inspect length, squareness, flatness and surface condition across the stack. Include a length change, a coil change and sheet-count reconciliation.; Site and utility scope: Plan coil storage, crane or coil-car access, pit or loop requirements and finished-stack removal. Foundation and floor layout must follow the entire line.; Service provision: Include shear-blade setting, measuring-wheel or encoder checks, leveler cleaning and stacker maintenance. Identify wear parts by material and intended sheet quality.; OEM/ODM engineering scope: OEM stackers and coil handling may be configured; ODM line arrangements need flatness trials and integrated control of moving strip, shear and transfer equipment.; Upstream preparation and downstream handling interfaces; Destination country and applicable installation requirements; Production schedule, changeover mix and operator availability; Drawings, samples, inspection method and rejected-output criteria.
