Electrodeionization system application and required process result; Inlet quality and product-water target: Provide upstream treatment performance, conductivity, dissolved carbon dioxide, hardness, silica and temperature. The permissible inlet envelope and the final water use determine whether the selected EDI module can meet the requirement.; Flow balance power and monitoring: Compare product and concentrate flows, electrical control, pressure relationships and online quality instruments. The system must manage startup and off-spec water without sending unsuitable water directly to the consuming process.; Representative input variation and difficult production cases; Required acceptance evidence: Verify the agreed product-water quality and flows with representative inlet conditions, recording electrical and hydraulic performance. Demonstrate off-spec diversion, startup stabilization and alarms for inlet or product-quality deviations.; Site and utility scope: Provide qualified feed, clean compatible piping, electrical supply and the intended recirculation or storage interface. Define sanitization and contamination-control requirements for the complete downstream water system.; Service provision: Maintain inlet pretreatment, instruments, electrical connections and approved cleaning procedures. Keep module limits and performance trends visible when upstream membranes or chemical dosing are changed.; OEM/ODM engineering scope: OEM monitoring and skid integration may be tailored; ODM water-quality applications require inlet-envelope testing and validation of the complete treatment and distribution route.; Upstream preparation and downstream handling interfaces; Destination country and applicable installation requirements; Production schedule, changeover mix and operator availability; Drawings, samples, inspection method and rejected-output criteria.
