Record atmosphere, temperature and transfer or quench conditions.; Site and utility scope: Plan engineered gas supply, ventilation, protective interlocks, quench handling, fire controls and load transport.; Service provision: Inspect door seals, gas controls, circulation, sensors, baskets and transfer mechanisms; retain calibrated process and load records.; OEM/ODM engineering scope: OEM charge handling may be configured; ODM alloy routes require metallurgical qualification and validation of atmosphere and quench together.; Upstream preparation and downstream handling interfaces; Destination country and applicable installation requirements; Production schedule, changeover mix and operator availability; Drawings, samples, inspection method and rejected-output criteria.
