Heat transfer through the stack determines the time needed at the bondline, so platen temperature alone is insufficient.; Platen temperature and pressure uniformity: Compare heating method, platen flatness, pressure distribution and control zones. Multiple openings or uneven loading require evidence that each accepted panel receives the qualified thermal and mechanical conditions.; Representative input variation and difficult production cases; Required acceptance evidence: Press representative stacks and check bond quality, surface appearance, thickness and warp after cooling.
