Thermal fluid heater application and required process result; Process and fluid temperatures: Provide required supply and return temperatures, heat load variation, fluid identity and allowable degradation limits. Separate bulk fluid temperature from the heater surface film condition.; Circuit and expansion arrangement: Compare circulation, expansion tank, inerting where required, fluid inventory, valves and heat-user interfaces. Specify startup viscosity and the route for controlled drainage.; Representative input variation and difficult production cases; Required acceptance evidence: Verify the agreed heat duty, circulation, temperature uniformity and protective responses with the intended fluid. Record commissioning analysis and establish a baseline for later fluid-condition checks.; Site and utility scope: Provide qualified hot-fluid piping, expansion and vent arrangements, leak management, insulation, combustion services where applicable and access for coil inspection.; Service provision: Monitor fluid condition, pump seals, strainers, heater surfaces and protective interlocks. Define safe isolation and fluid replacement procedures before commissioning.; OEM/ODM engineering scope: OEM process interfaces may be configured; ODM fluid, temperature or heater-coil changes require heat-flux, materials and process-hazard review.; Upstream preparation and downstream handling interfaces; Destination country and applicable installation requirements; Production schedule, changeover mix and operator availability; Drawings, samples, inspection method and rejected-output criteria.
