Startup, transient response and required autonomy may call for complementary storage or other equipment beyond the fuel-cell module.; Balance of plant and power interface: Compare air supply, cooling, water management, controls, DC conversion or inverter and protective functions. The system boundary must identify which utilities and auxiliaries are supplied and how their consumption affects net delivered power.; Representative input variation and difficult production cases; Required acceptance evidence: Verify the agreed net output and response at qualified hydrogen and ambient conditions through an approved test plan. Demonstrate monitoring, controlled shutdown and defined fault responses with appropriately qualified personnel.; Site and utility scope: Coordinate hydrogen handling, ventilation, detection, cooling, electrical integration and local installation review. Allocate responsibility for storage, fuel delivery and the complete system safety assessment.; Service provision: Follow the approved stack and auxiliary-system inspection program, monitoring hydrogen quality, cooling and performance trends. Preserve configuration and fuel records when replacing modules or power electronics.; OEM/ODM engineering scope: OEM modular packages and electrical interfaces may be engineered; ODM autonomy or load requirements need a complete fuel, thermal and power-system design with validated operating and protective behavior.; Upstream preparation and downstream handling interfaces; Destination country and applicable installation requirements; Production schedule, changeover mix and operator availability; Drawings, samples, inspection method and rejected-output criteria.
