Distinguish free, emulsified and dissolved water.; Treatment and connection method: Compare filtration, vacuum dehydration where applicable, flow, heating, bypass connection and reservoir circulation. Check seal compatibility and how contamination is generated in service.; Representative input variation and difficult production cases; Required acceptance evidence: Use representative oil and agreed sampling procedures to verify particle and moisture changes. Record temperature, flow and the reservoir mixing arrangement rather than measuring only the clean outlet.; Site and utility scope: Prepare suitable electrical services, hoses, connection points, spill management and access without compromising the hydraulic circuit.; Service provision: Inspect filter loading, seals, heaters, vacuum equipment and instruments as applicable. Trend reservoir condition and correct the contamination source as well as treating the oil.; OEM/ODM engineering scope: OEM connections and controls may be configured; ODM unusual fluids or degradation products require compatibility testing and an oil-condition review.; Upstream preparation and downstream handling interfaces; Destination country and applicable installation requirements; Production schedule, changeover mix and operator availability; Drawings, samples, inspection method and rejected-output criteria.
