Biogas generator set application and required process result; Fuel composition variation and treatment: Provide gas analysis, expected variation, moisture, sulfur compounds, siloxanes and available pressure. Fuel treatment and monitoring must be defined against the engine supplier's accepted limits rather than assuming raw digester gas is ready to use.; Electrical duty and heat integration: Compare continuous operating duty, derating conditions, emissions configuration and any useful heat-recovery route. The gas supply, cooling and maintenance schedule must support the intended annual operating pattern.; Representative input variation and difficult production cases; Required acceptance evidence: Verify performance at the agreed fuel and ambient conditions, recording electrical output, consumption and applicable emissions or heat measurements. Demonstrate gas-quality alarms and the approved response to supply variation or treatment failure.; Site and utility scope: Coordinate gas conditioning, drainage, ventilation, exhaust, cooling and electrical integration. Define responsibility for fuel safety review, local emissions requirements and access for engine maintenance.; Service provision: Trend fuel quality, oil condition, ignition and engine wear through the approved service plan. Keep gas-treatment maintenance and sampling in the same operating program as the genset.; OEM/ODM engineering scope: OEM containers and heat recovery can be configured; ODM variable biogas requires fuel-system engineering and a validated operating envelope with treatment and monitoring responsibilities assigned.; Upstream preparation and downstream handling interfaces; Destination country and applicable installation requirements; Production schedule, changeover mix and operator availability; Drawings, samples, inspection method and rejected-output criteria.
