Temperature uniformity and pressure control must be demonstrated with the intended tooling.; Representative input variation and difficult operating conditions; Application risks and exclusions: Appearance after demolding does not establish tire integrity or road performance; design validation and finished-tire inspection remain essential.; Site and supporting services: Review pressure services, heating, condensate or cooling, foundations, mold lifting and protected access around hot tooling.; Acceptance method and retained evidence: Run approved green tires and molds, record cure conditions and inspect dimensions and agreed quality results, including repeatability after tool changes.; Maintenance and support scope: Inspect pressure components, seals, bladders, clamp guides and thermal devices; preserve inspection and validated cure-recipe records.; OEM/ODM changes requested: Mold interfaces, handling and controls may be engineered; changed tire designs require cure and pressure-system review.; Destination, local installation conditions and documentation language; Drawings, samples, tooling ownership and revision control; Operating sequence, changeovers, training and commissioning responsibilities.
