Heavy hot blanks require coordinated handling so transfer delays do not invalidate the qualified rolling temperature window.; Representative input variation and difficult production cases; Required acceptance evidence: Roll representative rings and measure roundness, height, wall distribution and agreed material properties. Record the blank temperature and reduction sequence, including handling time before and after rolling.; Site and utility scope: Plan furnace access, manipulator or crane routes, scale management and protected hot-ring storage.
