Industrial water booster set application and required process result; Demand profile and source pressure: Provide peak, routine and minimum demand, inlet-pressure variation and water quality. The set must satisfy the required pressure at the receiving process while respecting source capacity and acceptable pressure variation.; Pump staging redundancy and control: Compare duty and standby strategy, speed control, pressure vessels, sensors and low-flow behavior. Multiple pumps should be coordinated to avoid unstable cycling or inefficient operation as demand changes.; Representative input variation and difficult production cases; Required acceptance evidence: Simulate the agreed demand changes and verify delivered pressure, pump staging, power and stability. Demonstrate sensor fault, low-inlet protection, standby takeover and recovery from an interruption without uncontrolled pressure transients.; Site and utility scope: Provide supported inlet and outlet headers, foundation, drainage and access to each pump. Confirm whether direct boosting is permitted and how source backflow or contamination protection is provided.; Service provision: Maintain sensors, vessel precharge where applicable, nonreturn valves, drives and pump seals. Keep a controlled backup of pressure and staging settings with the accepted demand profile.; OEM/ODM engineering scope: OEM manifolds and control interfaces may be tailored; ODM unusual demand or redundancy requires system simulation and a witnessed dynamic acceptance sequence.; Upstream preparation and downstream handling interfaces; Destination country and applicable installation requirements; Production schedule, changeover mix and operator availability; Drawings, samples, inspection method and rejected-output criteria.
