Gas engine generator set application and required process result; Fuel energy quality and operating duty: Provide gas composition, energy basis, supply pressure, load profile and ambient conditions. Standby, prime or continuous operation must be defined with the applicable supplier rating conditions rather than inferred from a single output figure.; Electrical response heat and emissions: Compare load-step behavior, alternator configuration, cooling, exhaust and any useful heat recovery. The required local emissions and noise acceptance should apply to the delivered fuel and configuration.; Representative input variation and difficult production cases; Required acceptance evidence: Verify performance with the agreed gas and ambient conditions, measuring output, consumption and specified response or emissions. Demonstrate the approved start, load transition, protection and shutdown sequence.; Site and utility scope: Coordinate gas supply, ventilation, cooling, exhaust, foundations and electrical integration. Provide engine-service and lifting access and define responsibilities for the receiving site's fuel and environmental requirements.; Service provision: Maintain ignition, oil, cooling, fuel control and alternator condition through the approved schedule. Preserve gas analyses and load history so abnormal wear or output changes can be investigated against the real duty.; OEM/ODM engineering scope: OEM containers, heat recovery and control packages may be configured; ODM fuel or load duties require engine and electrical-system qualification at the intended operating conditions.; Upstream preparation and downstream handling interfaces; Destination country and applicable installation requirements; Production schedule, changeover mix and operator availability; Drawings, samples, inspection method and rejected-output criteria.
